At present, Prof. Liu is a professor of Law School of East China Normal University and vice director of Enterprise Compliance Research Center of East China Normal University. She has an in-depth study of civil and commercial law. She has published nearly 100 academic papers and three monographs. She presided over nearly ten national, provincial and foreign projects. She obtained Chinese lawyer's professional certificate in 2004. Prof. Liu is good at handling contract disputes, company equity disputes, medical disputes, enterprise financing disputes, etc.
