Mr. Xu is currently an associate professor and master's supervisor of East China University of Political Science and Law. He is a part-time researcher at the Zhejiang Branch of the National Prosecutor College, a Ph.D. of Law from Renmin University of China. He also serves as an independent director of Warom (603855). He once served as assistant to the head of the government of Daguan District, Anqing City, Anhui Province, and a member of the party group. In 2020, he was selected as the first group of young legal talents of the China Law Society Research Association. He has successively chaired the National Social Science Fund Youth Project (13CFX039), the Supreme People's Procuratorate Prosecution Theory Research Project (GJ2014D15), and the Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding (2014T70409) and other projects. Dozens of papers have been published in periodicals and newspapers such as Academic Monthly, Journal of Nanjing University, Law Science, Political Science and Law, Law Science Magazine, People's Procuratorate, People's Court Daily, Legal Daily. Mr. Xu is good at handling economic crimes, job crimes, and criminal compliance of listed companies.
