Ms. Qu is currently an associate professor of East China University of Political Science and Law, a master supervisor, a director of the Administrative Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, a deputy secretary-general of the Law Research Society of the Shanghai Law Society, and a PhD of law from China University of Political Science and Law. She was awarded the title of "Chenguang Scholar" in Shanghai in 2014. She won the first Yingsong Nian Award for Outstanding Achievements in Administrative Law in 2018 and won the first Youth Scientific Research Talent Award of East China University of Political Science and Law in 2019. She has successively presided over the National Social Science Fund Youth Project (13CFX029), the National Jurisprudence and Rule of Law Theory Project of the Ministry of Justice (13SFB3011), the China Law Society Ministerial General Project (CLS2018C41) and other projects. Dozens of papers have been published in journals such as China Legal Science, Journal of the Party School of the Central Committee of the C.P.C., Administrative Law Review, Guang Ming Daily and Study Times. Ms. Qu is good at handling administrative litigation, administrative reconsideration, state compensation and land expropriation.
