Dr. Jinke TAN is currently an associate professor and master supervisor at the East China University of Political Science and Law, a director of China Society of Social Law, a postdoctoral fellow in law at the East China University of Political Science and Law, and a doctor in economics at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. In 2014, he won the title of "Chenguang Scholar" in Shanghai, and in 2019, he won the Young Teaching Talent Award of the East China University of Political Science and Law. He has presided over the Youth Project of the National Social Science Fund (16CFX064), the National Law and Rule of Law Theory Project of the Ministry of Justice (13SFB5035), and the china law society Ministerial Project (CLS2015D135). He published dozens of papers in journals and newspapers such as Studies in Law and Business and Contemporary Law Review. Prof. Tan is good at handling labor disputes, social security disputes and other cases.
