Practice areas: civil and commercial law, civil procedure law
LL.B. of Fudan University, LL.M. of McGeorge School of Law, Ph.D. of Law, Postdoc of Law of East China University of Political Science and Law. Currently, she is the associate professor of Shanghai Normal University, College of Law & Political Science. Her research focuses on damage compensation of anti-monopoly and administration by law. She has rich experience in litigation. She is good at debt disputes and administrative litigation and served as legal counsel for many government departments.

⊙Projects and Books
1. “Research on the rule of law governance of network public opinion” have been received the General Financial Grant from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation;
2. “Research on liability system of antitrust damages” have been received Yunnan philosophy and social science research base Foundation.
3. Publish two personal monographs：“Order and gradual progress -- Thoughts on the modernization of civil legal system”； “Legal practice research series -- lawyer's Diary”，recommended catalogue of key publications of "national press and Publication Administration of the people's Republic of China" in 2019
4. More than 30 papers have been published in journals such as “Exploration and Free Views”, “Social Sciences in Yunnan”, of which more than 10 have been included in CSSCI journals, and one Japanese paper has been published in Fukuoka University Law Review
