Mr. Yang has 8 years of practice experience as a lawyer, mainly engaged in dispute resolution of civil and commercial cases, corporate financing business and criminal defense. Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Yang has represented more than a hundred civil and commercial cases, and provided special legal advisory services for more than 20 enterprises in the fields of shareholding system reform, equity listing, bond issuance, enterprise mergers and acquisitions and criminal risk prevention.
